Katz-Entertainment is an amalgamation of all that I believe that each of us is at our core. The fundamental philosophy behind all that comprises the brand, is that of creating the possibility for society to embrace a transformative method that seeks to eradicate all that currently divides us. Namely, it is our communication and the way in which we do so, that is at the root of alienation of any being. Disagreements (however seemingly insignificant they appear at the time) are bred from misunderstanding(s). This misunderstanding stems from the limitations of our method of communication – words & language. Words are finite, in that they have a preset meaning attached.  What is problematic, is that our words can have such a vastly different meaning to each individual. Katz-Entertainment, through its subsidiaries, seeks to inspire a new world order wherein every being is not only heard and understood, but loved and accepted unconditionally and without any judgment.

Kat and her family were refugees and were fleeing her native Poland to come to the USA when she was only two.  She began her career at the age of six when she started dancing.  By the age of nine,  her family moved to Los Angeles from Amarillo, Texas so that she could add acting to her career endeavors.  She worked and trained for all the years leading up to her entrance to the University of LA Verne, where she allowed herself to pause from actively working in the industry to fully engage in her college experience.  After graduating, with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies & Political Science, she continued to train & work in entertainment.  She was forced to take a hard break due to an injury that changed the course of her life. In doing so, she entered the corporate world, which actually aided in getting the necessary business acumen for her future projects.

In 2010, she created the first 'tail' of what would later grow to become the many 'tails' of Katz-Entertainment, with Katz Kabaret.  Katz Kabaret was established to merge the highest level of dance & technical training with the athleticism of aerial arts and make it available to all ages, genders & especially those lacking the financial means to get this caliber of education.  Katz Kabaret is the educational 'tail.'

In 2014, she adopted Boobiez, who inspired the animal advocacy 'tail' of Katz-Entertainment.  Boobiez is a black cat who became the face of Boobiekatz. This 'tail'  uses humor and images to bring to the forfront, the plight of animals in our society.   It is here where animal activism & philanthropy is central focal point.  All proceeds generated from the sales of products go to rescues & organizations devoted to helping save animal lives.  Boobiekatz is involved with the work of PETA, Best Friends Animal Society, ASPCA & many other organizations to end specieism.  In addition to being available on our site, merchandise can also be found on #shopforboobz & other retailers.  Please join us in our fight at #petsnotpeople  

In 2016, Katz Tailz was born to synthesize language, literature & images into its own artform.  This is a place where there is no judgement.  Or, maybe there is only judgement.  It does not matter since the purpose is to have a free space to express stories in yet another artistic form.   Samples of some of the projects in development can be found on Network Isa at Katz22

Jerzykatz is a collaboration with composer & lyricist, Jerzy F. Przybylski (ASCAP) that brings music into this multi-dimensional company.  All compositions are original & available for purchase at all music retailers. JerzyMusic

Jkatz, or Justyne, is the avante-garde 'tail' of the company.  It is here where there are no rules for artistic expression.  This facet peels back the layers of the confines of what is deemed "acceptable" & exposes the hypocrisy of how sex, sexual identity & sexual exploration is portrayed.  

You might notice 'errors' throughout the site.  These have been done intentionally.  This site has been created with a sense of humor so as to lighten the conversations related to the subject matter contained herein.  This silliness is in contrast to the depth of the issues that are fundamental to our philosophy.  The (mis)spelling of many words is intential, specifically where the letters 's' have been substituted with 'z' & 'c' replaced with 'k'.  

Kat is currently teaching & performing at/with various events & venues throughout greater Los Angeles and internationally!

During her break from the industry, she has spent many years working in the corporate sector as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist where she has consulted on a variety of deals, projects & developments, implementing Standard Operating Procedures, providing her teaching expertise with a specialty in Leases, Reconciliations as well as Data Transition & Migration support for some of the largest companies in the business.  You can learn more about this aspect at KWP Consulting
